|
|
Since huperVision 4000 V1.5 software and later versions, huperVision allow user to use hybrid mode (analog + IP cam) for IP surveillance. Every huperVision capture card (Pure analog use) can enjoy 1CH IP camera free license to replace the last channel of the huperVision system.
Please follow the steps below to enable 1CH bonus IP camera license to record IP camera in huperVision.
1. Close the DVR system. Then open the file (LiveTag.ini).
LiveTag.ini file located under folder C:\program files\huperlab\huperVision\bin\ if you installed huperVision with default installation path.
2. Change settings in [IP_CAMERA] section
[IP_CAMERA]
TransCode = 0
BONUS_IP_CAMERA = 0 Change to 1
Then save the file and close it.
3. Launch the huperVision software
Start => Program files => huperVision v1.5 => Site Server
4. Click to open the “Preference” page
5. Then select “Camera” tab.
Please note that the last Channel number start with “C” becomes to “IP”, which means the last channel has enabled become an IP Camera channel.
6. Select the IPX button to start setting your IP Camera connection.
Note.
For example: The 4404S DVR card have 4CH analog for surveillance and recording, after the enable parameter, the 4th CH is disabled the analog function and change to IP Camera Mode.
Please note that this 1CH IP license enable is counted for system, not for card. No matter how many cards you used in one system, only the last channel can be substitute to IP channel.[/img] |
